What we are based on
Learn more about our formation
Marine Officers Boat Club (MOBC) is built on the principles of unity, transparency, collective ownership, and dignity for mariners. The club is founded on the belief that mariners deserve a secure and respected life beyond sea service. Every initiative of MOBC is asset-backed, member-driven, and designed to convert maritime careers into long-term value for mariners and their families. Trust, accountability, and shared growth form the foundation of our community.
Marine Officers Boat Club (MOBC) was formed by experienced mariners who recognized the long-standing gap between life at sea and security on shore. Understanding the challenges mariners face after active service, MOBC was established as a structured platform where mariners collectively pool resources to create real assets, permanent facilities, and sustainable opportunities. From its inception, the club has followed a clear roadmap—transparent governance, planned development, and member participation—ensuring that MOBC grows as a strong, future-ready institution owned by its members.
