Introduction
Marine Officers Boat Club (MOBC) is established as a member-led, asset-backed institution dedicated to securing the long-term welfare, dignity, and financial stability of marine officers and maritime professionals. The policies and objectives of MOBC are designed to ensure transparency, collective ownership, responsible development, and sustainable growth.
